Working with home buyers one-on-one.

Purchasing a home is an exciting prospect, and with the help of a Trident Mortgage professional, it is a dream that can be achieved. We work with home buyers to determine the size of the loan for which they are qualified, the type of program that best fits their lending needs and a comfortable payment schedule.
 
Our brokers will review a home buyer's credit report to determine if any corrective measures need to be taken, and will compile a list of all necessary documentation they'll need to successfully close the loan. 

A trusted Trident advisor works for the home buyer, from the time they seek a letter of pre-qualification, to the day they close on the loan and the keys to their new home are placed in their hands.
